Dear reader, Please take my following advice as a warning before you invest in property in Egypt especially on the red sea resort Hurghada.
My basic message is – DON’T INVEST WITH PYRAMID ESTATES. THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO THE AGREED TIME SCALES OR SPECIFICATIONS THAT WE HAVE PAID FOR SO FAR AND THERE SEEMS LITTLE CHANCE THEY WILL EVER COMPLETE THEIR SIDE OF THE AGREEMENT.
We did everything by the book, used UK based solicitors, visited the area for the off plan development, paid 3 out of 4 instalments but 3 years on from the dead line for completion the developer still hasn’t delivered hand over. Apart from a few apartments being completed most of the project is still incomplete. I cant report on any other developer in Egypt but Pyramid estates are defiantly untrustworthy and after dealing with the managing director of this company face to face I can say with confidence he has contempt for the overseas investor.
So take my advice and be warned, I emphasise don’t invest with PYRAMID ESTATES in Hurghada Egypt to avoid becoming a victim from unscrupulous developers.
